If the smoothie only contains some amounts of fruit and the rest of it is ice cream or whipped cream it might have high levels of calories but if it is made up of more vegetables or fruits and less carb-rich foods, it will turn out to be really healthy.

Nutritional facts

This smoothie contains all the following nutrition;

Calories: 271

Protein: 27g

Carbs: 43g

Fat: 5g

Fiber: 11g


Frozen raspberries: 1 cup

Frozen blueberries: ¼ cup

Peeled orange: ½ (make sure to take out the seeds)

Vanilla protein powder: 1 scoop

Ground flaxseeds: 1 tablespoon

How to make

Combine the raspberries and blueberries in a food processor or a blender.

Blend it to make a paste.

Now add the vanilla protein powder, orange and ground flaxseeds into the mixture.

Blend again until you get the desire thickness.
