4 cups of watermelon cubes (seeded)
3-4 large leaves of basil or mint leaves
Add the seeded watermelon cubes in a blender and blend them.
Now add the basil/mint leaves into the mixture.
Blend it well until it is smooth.
Take it out in a glass and add some ice if you like.
Very simple yet healthy and refreshing drink is ready.
Lemon mint spritzer
¼ cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
4 large mint leaves
1 cup sparkling seltzer water
Muddle the mint leaves in a sturdy glass to take out its essence.
Add lime juice to the glass.
Add some ice.
Top it up with the sparkling seltzer water.
Your refreshing drink is ready.
½ cup lemon juice
½ fresh strawberries or raspberries
1 pinch of salt
¼ cup of maple syrup or raw honey
2 cups warm water
Take a measuring cup and combine the warm water and honey in it.
Stir to dissolve it.
Now place this sweetened water in the refrigerator to chill.
Take your food processor and place the berries in it. Add couple of spoons of the lemon juice in it. Now blend it until it becomes a puree.
Take the sweetened water out of the refrigerator and add the rest of the lemon juice and the berry puree in to it.
Add a pinch of salt and mix it well.
Chill for about 1 hour.
Take a glass. Add some ice into it. Now pour the chilled drink over it and garnish with some berries.
